A Manchester based software as a service company is currently seeking an enthusiastic technical support person with a passion for IT and web technologies to work as part of our dynamic team in our City Centre office.
This position ideally suits a candidate who has previous experience with remote customer technical support.
The company builds cloud based software products. This position requires providing GREAT customer service and tech support for our long list of clients, on a very busy cloud based help-desk. You’ll need to have a personable approach to talking to clients on the phone, via chat and great written communication skills. You must also be proactive in troubleshooting issues and providing quick and efficient solutions. In addition to these tasks you will also be responsible for creating and improving our help guide content to make it easier for our customers to achieve their goals.
