REGISTERED NURSE, BURGESS MANOR CARE HOME – SOUTHPORT
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, adaptable Registered Nurse to join Venturi Healthcare. This position is for 22-33 hours per week on days or nights, with weekend work included.
Burgess Manor Care Home provides a stimulating, specialist environment for both younger adults with mental health diagnosis and elderly individuals who require general nursing support. We are looking to recruit staff who have a keen interest in mental health and also caring for the elderly on the nursing unit. You will be able to problem solve and remain calm under pressure. You are caring, honest and passionate about helping individuals remain active whilst maintaining their dignity and independence.

You will be given every opportunity to enhance your clinical skills with full support to develop your people management skills. Under the direction of the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the very best in holistic nursing care to the people we support, and for directing and supervising a care team to achieve an effective care service
You will be a qualified nurse who can use your expertise to assess, plan, and implement plans of care. You will champion a person centred approach and deliver research based professional nursing practice. You will have good communication skills and will be a standout colleague.
Experience of working in a care environment desirable but not essential as support and supervision will be given.
