An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to join our home care team on a permanent, full time, basis.
Midland Homecare is a specialist provider of high quality home care services. We are looking for a highly motivated, compassionate, individual to drive development and expansion of our new branch in Birmingham.
Previous experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager, Branch Manager or Care Co-ordinator is essential.
As a new business we are seeking an individual who can liase with social services/CCG/private clients to secure care hours to help the business grow.
Knowledge and Experience of CQC legislation, Care Planning & Management, and Rota Management / Electronic Call Monitoring Systems is essential. NVQ 4(or above), in Health and Social Care, essential.

To be able to manage, organise, and develop a busy Home Care office
To be able to undertake Care Co-ordinating, as required
To be able to undertake initial care needs assessments, reviews, and writing of all care documents, including care plans and risk assessments.

To be able to communicate effectively and professionally
To be a driver (with your own transport)
